Frequent monitoring of stacks and vents are essential requirement to ensure that
emission of air pollutants are within the limit prescribed by regulatory
authorities. Further by regular monitoring of emissions one can establish proper
functioning and performance of installed control system. Emission data also used
in improving performance of Air Pollution Control System, energy saving and for
optimizing process operations for effective results.
STACK SAMPLER ESS 100
In view of above facts frequent emissions monitoring are becoming essential
requirement at each industry besides regulatory compliance of emissions. Ecotech
portable Stack Sampler ESS100 has been developed to fulfill these requirements.
Operator ease and emission monitoring meeting requirements have been given
consideration so that data generated are reliable.
ESS 100 is portable system with light weight suction pump and with digital pyrometer and
digital differential meter. Both these feature are prominent and help operator in quick
measurement. Shifting of instrument from one stack to another stack is possible due to low
weight pump. Measurement are done for differential pressure using S-Type Pitot Tube and
digital differential pressure meter.
Light weight leak proof tubing have been provided in system. A portable detachable
impinger box help user to use this instrument with greater visibility of impinger connection
and bubbling of flue gases in reagents. The impinger tray is made up of rust free metal
which ensure that look of system remain all time new.
High quality electronic liquid crystal stop watch fitted in the instrument where
display is visible even at high ambient temperature around stacks.
Cabinet of ESS 100 is powder coated black in colour with high quality leak proof
push fitting for Thermocouple and Pitot tube. Two dial type Vacuum Gauges are
provided for online monitoring of pressure drop in gas stream and particulate
stream separately.
Thimble holder nozzle and probe pipe fitted with Viton O Rings for leak proof
connection. Thimble holder can accommodate CFT and GFT and Silica thimble with
no extra efforts. Probe pipe has direction indicator cum handle for showing
direction of the nozzle while sampling.
Measurement of temperature of out going gases after cooling in impinger can be
done with the help of Thermometer which is placed in the impinger tube.
